Xu Tao, Party Secretary And Director Of Linyi Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, Visits Shandong Yong'an

Overview: On March 5, 2023, Xu Tao, Party Secretary and Director of the Linyi Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, led a delegation to conduct a working inspection at Shandong Yong'an Special Equipment Co., Ltd. He was accompanied by Yao Yunming, Secretary of the Hedong District Committee. The delegation conducted on-site inspections of the company's production workshops and industrial gas cylinder monitoring systems and held a symposium to review the application effectiveness and promotion experience of the gas cylinder information safety system. In-depth discussions were also held with company leadership regarding the development of information-based filling management. The company stated that it would treat this inspection as an opportunity to consolidate its experience, further refine its safety production implementation plan, eliminate violations of special equipment regulations from the source, and continuously improve its safety production work.

On March 5th, Xu Tao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Linyi Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, led a delegation to Shandong Yong'an Special Equipment Co., Ltd. for a special equipment safety supervision inspection. The municipal delegation included senior officials such as Cao Lixia, Party Committee Member and Director of the Intellectual Property Center; Feng Bo, Party Committee Member and Deputy Director of the Bureau; Dong Fang, Director of the Pharmacovigilance Center; Gao Yan, Head of the Special Equipment Supervision Section; and Du Feng, Head of the Drug and Medical Device Supervision Section.

The delegation was received by Yao Yunming, Secretary of the Hedong District Committee, along with District Deputy Mayor Sun Quancheng; Zhang Liqiang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Hedong District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau; and other district officials and relevant business department personnel.

During the visit, the inspection team conducted an on-site observation of the company's production workshop and industrial gas cylinder monitoring system. A symposium was held where company leadership detailed the implementation measures, operational effectiveness, and best practices of the monitoring system. In-depth discussions followed on the gas cylinder filling process, the practical application of the gas cylinder information safety system, and the challenges and feasibility of establishing a comprehensive information-based filling management system.

Following this inspection, our company will promptly summarize the feedback and insights gained. Based on our operational reality, we will establish a more comprehensive and compliant safety production implementation plan. This initiative aims to enforce stringent quality control from the source, effectively prevent violations such as the unauthorized use of special equipment, and persistently advance our safety production work.
